Norvexion currently provides shipping services within the United States.

Our standard shipping policy is as follows:

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders below $50 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10.
The estimated standard delivery time is 10–15 business days.

Delivery estimates include applicable order handling and carrier transit time. Actual delivery may vary because of destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed and additional reshipping costs may apply where appropriate.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.
